Once ticket [package/plan] is booked online it is final. We will NOT refund the booking fee amount in any circumtances. |

Customers or agents are adviced to book ticket with proper planning. Enter details of package carefully. Once package and plan is selected, it will not be changed later on. |

In case booking is cancelled from our side, we may process refund within 15 days. |
